Full-Service Molding at Production Volume
Injection molding melts thermoplastic resin and injects it under high pressure into a precision steel mold, forming complex 3D geometries in a single cycle. At production volume, multi-cavity tooling multiplies output per cycle and across millions of parts, driving a very low per-piece cost. CIC runs this process as a managed program: tool design, qualification, molding, secondary operations, assembly, and ongoing supply.
